Inspection And Testing:

Dimension Check
Verify the accuracy of the dimensions of OD, ID, thickness, length, ovality, etc.

Surface Check
To make certain that completed tubes are free of defects such as pit marks, scale, rupture I.D. & O.D. scores, roll marks, and dents..

Chemical Test
To evaluate the chemical components and quality standards of the raw material and final product.

Hardness Test
To determine how hard the tubes are. Rockwell/Twin hardness testers perform it. (BHN Scale, HRC).

Tensile Test
To determine the tubes' tensile strength. Electronic Digital, Universal Testing Machine with Graphical Presentation is used to conduct it.

Flaring Test
to determine a material's ductility. The tubes' ends should successfully flare without cracking.

Flange Test
A test piece is shown in the adjacent shot.

Flattening Test
To evaluate strength by applying excessive compression stress.

Bend Test
At 90 degrees Celsius, pipes are bent according to specifications without cracking.

Eddy Current Test
To find subsurface inhomogeneities both inside and outside of tubes.

Ultrasonic Test
To find hidden defects and imperfections

PNEUMATIC (Air Under Water)
On request, this test is conducted. To find minor leaks, the tubes are submerged in water while compressed air is present.

Hydro Test (Uo to 1500 Bar)
All tubes undergo 100% hydrostatic testing using a precise equipment to ensure there are no leaks.
